Courses dropped before this date are not recorded on the transcript. Marks for all grade 11 and 12 courses in which a student is enrolled beyond a set cut off date will be recorded on the official transcript. For grades 9 and 10, only courses that have successfully been completed are recorded on the official transcript.

- Potential grads complete online application through OCAS (Ontario College Application Service) using their OEN
- Guidance transmits mid-term and final marks for both semesters student data to OCAS
- $125.00 for five programs (fees are non-refundable)
Equal Consideration Deadline: February 1, 2025
Deadline to confirm offers of admission is: May 1, 2025
- OSSD
- Average in 6 Grade 12 University (U) or University/College (M) courses including English and program specific requirements
- All grade 11 & 12 courses are sent to OUAC
- Repeated/non-day school courses may be treated differently
- Language Proficiency requirement (IELTS/TOEFL) for students whose 1st language is not English (Even if the student has been in Canada for more than 4 years)
- Offers will state conditions (e.g. average that must be maintained and all graduation requirements)
- Potential grads complete online application through OUAC (Ontario Universities’ Application Centre) using their OEN (Ontario Education Number)
- Guidance transmits mid-term and final marks for both semesters student data to OUAC
Fees
- Initial 3 choices $156.00
- Each additional choice $ 50.00
- There may be additional fees requested for certain university programs

- January 15, 2025- Equal consideration deadline for OUAC Bulk offers of admission-mid-May
- May 29, 2025 - Students can expect an admission response by this date (offer of admission, a refusal, or a deferral)
- June 2, 2025 - Earliest date students may be required to respond to an offer of admission and a financial commitment of any kind (e.g., residence deposit)

In addition to grades, the following may also be required for both university & college applications:
- Supplementary information form
- Portfolio
- Interview or audition
- Skills assessment
- English language proficiency test
- First aid certification
- TB screening
- Vulnerable sector police reference check
- Contact student services if applicable - IEP, special circumstances, mental health issues, etc.
- May offer programs over the summer or before the new school year begins
